Soumia Bsilat
Soumia Bsilat focuses on the following areas of practice:
- Labor law (with a focus on dismissals)
- Social security (several appeals against decisions issued by the CPAS, ONEM, and the SPF Directorate General for People with Disabilities)
- Youth law
- Criminal law
- Family law (with a focus on divorces)
- Education Law (several appeals against decisions adopted by schools and disciplinary sanctions)
Soumia Bsilat dedicates most of her time to representing her clients before the Belgian Courts. She also regularly works with the Legal Aid Office.
