Laurence Henin graduated from Université Catholique de Louvain and has been a lawyer with the Bar of Brussels since September 2007. She joined Association Lebutte & Partners at that time, initially as a member of Muriel Gillet’s staff; she then became a partner on 1 January 2015.
She exercises mainly in the field of family law – whether the issue is a dispute between parents (marriage, divorce, parentage, adoption) or concerns the children (exercise of parental authority, accommodations) – and family property rights (maintenance obligations, marital property schemes, gifts, inheritance). Laurence Henin also exercises several judicial appointments as temporary administrator.
She also practices real estate law (purchase and sale of buildings, ownership, usufruct, easements, joint ownership, civil and commercial lease contracts) and civil liability law (personal liability, liability for damage caused by another, liability for damage caused by inanimate things).
