Magdalena Tyminska
Magdalena Tyminska holds a law degree from the Université libre de Bruxelles and has been a member of the Brussels Bar since February 2022. Meanwhile she joined Lebutte & Partners as an associate of Muriel Gillet.
She mainly practices in the field of family law (divorce, exercise of parental authority, accommodation arrangements), real estate law and traffic law.
Her graduation work was devoted to the impact of the choice of the modality of conjugality (marriage, legal cohabitation, de facto cohabitation).
Magdalena Tyminska is also fluent in Polish and can advise you in this language.
She also collaborates with the Legal Aid Office.
